Jonathan joined Balsa Construction in 2026, bringing nearly a decade of construction experience spanning field and office roles, with a primary focus on Type V multifamily and affordable housing. He has excelled in cost estimation, scheduling, and platform integration across Procore, Sage, and Textura.
Prior to Balsa Construction, Jonathan worked for Portrait Construction, Cuesta Construction, and Pacific Construction Group. Over the course of his career, Jonathan has delivered projects across new construction, rehabilitation, and tenant improvement in both the public and private sectors, including The Azalea and Lorena Plaza in Los Angeles and The Aspire in Riverside. Through his commitment to excellence and a systematic approach to construction workflows, Jonathan has built a reputation for delivering projects with technical precision, strong trade partnerships, and a commitment to forming professional relationships built on integrity and reliability.
Jonathan was raised among the grape vineyards of north Rancho Cucamonga and spent a decade volunteering at the North Etiwanda Preserve. He resides in Corona with his wife and their four children. Outside of work, he coaches his sons’ baseball teams and enjoys grilling and time outdoors with family.
